COVID-19 Statement March 17th
Gale Presbyterian Church is watching closely as the situation develops regarding the COVID-19 virus pandemic.
We will make all reasonable precautions to minimize risk of exposure to people who attend events in our facility.
On Monday, March 16th the Session at Gale Church agreed to “suspend all public gatherings, meetings and worship until at least March 31st.” This will include Sunday worship, Tuesday Table, Messy Church, choir and bell practices and all meetings.
The church building will remain open during normal business hours. The staff are available by telephone and email if you need to contact us for whatever reason. Rev. Sinclair is available at all times for pastoral concerns. When not at the church Rev. Sinclair can be contacted by phone at 519-998-5323.
The Gale Sanctuary will continue to be a spiritual focus and home for us. It is a serene and meaningful space. Large public gatherings are discouraged at this time but if you feel the need to spend contemplative time in this special room it will remain open to you during normal office hours or at other times by special arrangement.
We are preparing a Sunday worship service which will be available online. Further details will follow.
