- Time to “spring forward” as Daylight Savings Time begins this Sunday, March 11th. While we will lose an hour of sleep, the good news is that we will gain one more hour of sunlight at the end of the day. So don’t forget to set your clocks ahead one hour before heading to bed on Saturday night.
