Deuteronomy 6:1-25, Luke 10:25-37
Our patience, our families, our spirits are frayed at the edge while the pandemic lingers over our lives. A lot of us have had enough. Some churches and clubs have gone so far as to defy the protocols and even make a constitutional challenge in the courts. This is wrong-headed, both from a legal point of view and a biblical understanding.
The parable of the Good Samaritan gives me insight on how we should be responding in a world suffering in crisis.
