To help with your decision, we wanted to let you know about the COVID protocols that will be in place. We have been working with the Waterloo Health Unit in developing our strategy.
- HANDWASHING is mandatory, as it has always been for us. Just with a little more emphasis and increased frequency. We will also have hair nets for everyone as before. Gloves are optional but more frequent handwashing is encouraged as an alternative.
- Work tables will be separated around the room so that there is physical distancing between workers.
- Additional shifts will be organized to minimize the number of people in the room and to accommodate the distancing requirements.
If any health regulations change during our fundraiser we will alter our plans accordingly.
We have a training video for you to watch whether you are new to this or you’ve been volunteering for many years.
