Merry Christmas
The clerk of session, the co-chairs of the board and the minister met this afternoon to discuss what impact the current weather will have on Gale’s Christmas Eve/Christmas Day services. It has been decided that due to the severe weather and road closures that the following changes/cancellations would be made:
- The 4:30 pm Christmas Eve service is cancelled.
- The 7:00 pm Christmas Eve service will be livestreamed and you are strongly encouraged to watch the service from home using the following link: https://www.youtube.com/c/galepresbyterian/live. The building will be open for those who feel they can safely attend. There will be no choir or bell choir.
- The 10:30 am Christmas Day carol sing is cancelled.
We know this will be a disappointment to many but in order to keep people safe, we felt that this was the wisest decision to be made. We hope to will still be able to enjoy the service with your family this evening and wish you God’s blessing and peace this Christmas season.
