Woolwich Community Services provide support for the most vulnerable in our Community.
We help by filling our grocery cart each month. For the month of January we are collecting canned fruit and
Cheez Whiz.
PAGES (“Presbyterians at Gale Enjoying Stories”) will be meeting tomorrow, Monday January 25th at 7 p.m. at the home of Marg Donald. We are discussing the new Harper Lee novel – “Go Set a Watchman” as well as her classic novel “To Kill a Mockingbird”.
Let’s decorate our church for Easter Sunday!
Purchase a potted flower to be placed in our sanctuary and dedicate it in “Honour”, “Memory” or “Celebration” of anyone or anything!
We will ask that sometime after the Easter Service you pick up the flower you ordered and enjoy it, plant it, or take to someone you can brighten their day.
Order forms will be available next Sunday and your order will be due March 6th.
COMMITTEE REPORTS for the ANNUAL REPORT are due January 29th.
THE ANNUAL MEETING for Gale Presbyterian Church will be held following worship and a pot luck lunch on Sunday, February 21st. This important meeting needs input from everyone so plan now to bring a dish and be part of the discussion.
On Friday, March 4th Gale will be hosting World Day of Prayer. If you are able to volunteer or would like more information please speak with Joan Moyer (519)669-2635.
The season of Lent starts early this year – Mid-February. We will gather during Lent for special communion services on Tuesday evenings, 7– 7:45 p.m. starting on February 16th.
A full schedule of the Lent Communions will be printed in an upcoming bulletin and on our website.

Crieff Hills Retreat and Conference Center invites you to our Manna Day “The Spirituality of Gardening” on Thursday February 25th from 10:30am to 3:00pm with guest speakers Rev.
