Woolwich Community Services provide support for the most vulnerable in our Community.
We help by filling our grocery cart each month.
For the month of May, we are collecting meal helpers (hamburger helper, stove top dressing and sidekicks) and Chunky Soup.

Thanks to the Gale church team that came out last Saturday to plant trees for Woolwich. We had a great turn out including the enthusiastic Youth Group.

Did you see their picture in the Woolwich Observer?

A BIG THANK YOU

The Fish Fry Committee wish to thank all the people who helped in any way with this event.   The fish fry was very successful and profitable.   The proceeds from the fish fry are going to be split between MennoHomes, Woolwich Counselling Centre and Gale.

Sunday May 15th is PENTECOST – A day we celebrate the birth of the church, the power of God’s Spirit.
We’ll make this especially vibrant at Gale by “All Things Red!” Red is the liturgical colour for the day so wear red, pin on some red, bring some red flowers. We plan to make Pentecost a true celebration of the Holy Spirit alive in our world. “All Things Red!”
**This service will involve balloons. If you or your children are known to have a reaction to latex please inform the staff.**

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We need volunteers for the months of May and June.

If you could volunteer to help out with Coffee & Fellowship, Reading Scripture, Welcoming Elder or carrying the Prayer Bowl would you please sign up in the Volunteer Sign-Up binder or let Wendy know.
